Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (an "Agreement") between you and Curriculink. This Agreement may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of Curriculink. By using our website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use this website.
Use of Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, or any other systems or networks connected to the website.
Account Sharing Forbidden
Users are permitted and encouraged to demo our product with their friends and colleagues to excite them into joining. Having said that, each account should only belong to one user, and we strictly forbid a single account being used to generate on behalf of multiple people. Curriculink incurs a variable computation cost to facilitate content generation for its users. Our offerings are priced such that one user should not have to worry about overuse in the ordinary course of events. As such, we will strictly enforce that each account only belongs to one user. Violation of this clause may lead to a temporary or permanent restriction on your account.
Accounts Not Used By Children
Accounts are meant to be used and operated by adults who have the capacity to understand and consent to these terms. We request that adults do not permit children to use the account. Under no circumstances should a child be permitted to access or provide any sensitive information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Curriculink or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on Resale
To the extent that you resell content you generate through our website, you must not remove any text, graphics, logos, images, or otherwise that identify it as content that was generated on Curriculink and making partial or full use of third-party AI tools. You must not make or suggest any claim that Curriculink or its third parties endorses your content.
Our Use of Content You Generate
When content is created with or submitted to Curriculink, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display Your Content and any name, username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed. This license includes the right for us to make Your Content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with Curriculink. You also agree that we may remove metadata associated with Your Content, and you irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content. Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about Curriculink or our services that you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and you agree that Curriculink may use such ideas, suggestions, and feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
Restriction of Access to Your Account
If you violate these terms of use, your account may be subject to suspension or termination. It is in our best interests as a company to treat our customers well, and customer service is important to us. We intend to provide clear and advance warning in the event of any perceived problems with your use of our website or software. This may not always be possible. For example, if you egregiously and maliciously misuse our website, we reserve the right to restrict access to your account and anything within it immediately. As another example, if your account somehow makes an inordinately high amount of AI generation requests over a sustained period of time, we may restrict access until we can get in touch with you, depending on the degree to which this occurred.

We may need to make changes to these terms from time to time for many reasons. For example, we may need to reflect updates in how the services work or changes in the law. You should look at these terms regularly. If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site. Any material change to these terms will be effective automatically thirty (30) days after the revised terms are first posted.
